Cornerstone Garden Project

CornerstoneJoin us Saturday 25th October to help create a relaxing space in the centre of our town.

Cornerstone is a recently created charity operating in the heart of Warminster.  Here is their mission statement;

We are a local charity based upon a Christian ethos, set up to help relieve poverty and distress whilst promoting social inclusion and cohesion amongst the people of the Warminster community area irrespective of age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, race or religion. Cornerstone is manned entirely by volunteers drawn from the local community who have a heart for helping others.

We are planning a morning of clearing a space outside of Cornerstone, to create a garden that all people in Warminster can enjoy & relax in.  Building a physical space to enable Cornerstone to be the place that makes everybody feel welcome.

You in?!  Let us know you’re coming (there may be cakes involved!), by commenting here, or sending us an email strive.warminster@gmail.com

What you’ll need; Clothes you don’t mind getting messy & ideally gloves to protect too.

Where & when; Citizens Advice Bureau building (Information Centre), central car park Warminster (map below), Saturday 25th October, 10am – 1pm(ish)

See you then!
